Dr. James Eisdorfer graduated from New York University College of Dentistry. He then completed 3 years of Prosthodontic specialty training at Montefiore. There he became Chief Resident. He carried this knowledge with him into his position as an associate professor at Columbia University School of Dentistry. Additionally, he had success in research as he has been published in numerous medical journals.

Dr. Sherman Farahani is a specialist in Prosthodontics, focusing on full mouth rehabilitations, complex restorative and reconstructive procedures, and implant dentistry with a particular emphasis on esthetic outcomes and long-term stability and functionality. He grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry in 2007.

Dr. Dana Kapparova is dedicated to her patient's smiles. Her passion for dentistry was her driving factor through her education at New York University. After graduating in 2008, she began practicing dentistry in Greenwich, CT. She took her education and experience back to New York in 2011. There she joined Dr. James Eisdorfer’s practice in 2012.

Dr. Michael Chesner, a distinguished dentist, graduated from NYU and established a thriving private practice in Manhattan, specializing in restorative and cosmetic dentistry. He co-founded the Manhattan Study Group, became a fellow of the International Academy for Dental Facial Esthetics, and has lectured globally on cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Chesner is renowned for his television appearances and contributions to national magazines, cementing his status as a leading expert in the field.

Dr. Laura Koo Min Chee is a New York based Prosthodontist. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists. As a board-certified prosthodontist, she specializes in complex reconstructive, implant, and cosmetic procedures. Dr. Laura achieved her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania. Pursuant of higher education, she then completed a 3-year specialty program in Advanced Prosthodontics at the University of Illinois at Chicago where she received extensive training in implant, prosthetic, cosmetic, and digital dentistry. At the same time she also completed a Masters in Oral Sciences. Her research has granted her multiple awards, research grants and publications. Dr. Laura prides herself in establishing a natural rapport with her patients with her soft compassionate touch and engaging personality. She is passionate about oral health care and is committed to continuous growth, keeping up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry. The combination of her esthetic eye, artists touch and attention to detail allows her to fulfill her mission of creating healthy, beautiful and lasting smiles. Dr. Laura has a unique background, born in Canada and raised on the Caribbean island of Trinidad. Besides being your friendly dentist, she actively participates in global oral healthcare outreach programs. She is a recent mom to a beautiful baby girl and lives in Hoboken with her family. She is a dog lover and enjoys playing the piano, scuba diving, exploring new cuisines and traveling.

Dr. Ben Elchami is an accomplished General Dentist, graduating with honors from New York University undergraduate and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – New Jersey Dental School (now Rutgers). He excelled academically, consistently making the Dean’s list. Following his education, Dr. Elchami completed a rigorous year-long general practice residency at Hackensack University Medical Center. Since 2006, Dr. Elchami has been practicing dentistry in Manhattan and New Jersey. He founded and served as Chief Dental Officer of a prominent multi-site practice in Manhattan, overseeing a team of over 15 dentists while personally practicing at several locations. His expertise spans cosmetic dentistry, CAD/CAM 3D restorative techniques, laser technology, and implant restorative procedures. Dr. Elchami is also certified and extensively trained in Invisalign. Known for his compassionate chairside manner, Dr. Elchami prioritizes patient comfort and satisfaction. He dedicates ample time to ensure every patient feels at ease, using cutting-edge technology and materials to achieve optimal results in a pain-free environment. Beyond dentistry, Dr. Elchami enjoys exploring new cuisines, traveling, running, and spending quality time with his family and friends.

Doris Giraldo, DDS, is a compassionate cosmetic, family, and general dentist at New Dimension Dentistry in Midtown East, Manhattan. Dr. Giraldo has been practicing dentistry in New York City for nearly three decades and is deeply passionate about her profession, and caring for her patients. Dr. Giraldo graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 1989 and started serving as a clinical instructor in their Operative Department from 1989 to 1991. At the same time, she opened her own private practice in 1989, and have been practicing at New Dimension Dentistry’s current location since 1995. Dr. Giraldo loves going to work each day and interacting with her patients. She also volunteers her services in her free time both in the United States and abroad. Most recently, she went to the Dominican Republic in 2018 to donate her dental services there. She is well-known by her patients to be friendly and enthusiastic, and believes in building strong relationships based on trust and communication. She pledges to always listen to her patients and answer their questions as a dedicated partner in their dental care. Dedicated to continuing her education, Dr. Giraldo stays abreast of developments in her field to offer her patients the best treatment possible. She has completed an advanced two-year program in both surgical and restorative phases of implant dentistry at New York University College of Dentistry, underwent Invisalign training in 1996, and has completed the Aesthetic Advantage program at New York University College of Dentistry. Dr. Giraldo’s certifications include a Master level in aesthetic dentistry at Rosenthal Institute New York University, a Master level in CAD/CAM dentistry. She also completed a residency in cone beam CT scans, and is an Invisalign Silver Provider. She is a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, World Clinical Laser Institute, Academy of Laser Dentistry, New York State Dental Association, and New York County Dental Association. In her spare time, Dr. Giraldo enjoys being with her wonderful family. She and her husband, John, have been married for over 23 wonderful years, and they have two amazing daughters. They all enjoy running and biking in Central Park, and Dr. Giraldo has been a member of New York Road Runners since 2006. She also participated in a NYC triathlon. Dr. Giraldo enjoys road racing and has participated in over 16 half-marathons and four New York City Marathons, breaking her personal record in 2018 with a time of 4:09:19.
